Warranty

SVT WARRANTY POLICY


All SVT products have a 12-month warranty. If you find your product to be defective and it is within the warranty period, you can send back the defective item to our repair facility for repair or replacement. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) to SVT, and will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees incurred. Ensure to include a note with the name on the order, invoice number and a brief description of the problems you are experiencing, otherwise SVT technicians will not test the item until further information is provided.
Please make sure that you have tested and confirmed that the item(s) are indeed defective before sending back to our facility to avoid additional fees. We recommend that a bench test is performed with new wires in order to determine whether the issue is related to a problem with the wiring or it is indeed related to a defective unit. Cracked or broken screens/units are not covered under warranty.
Once the product(s) is received, it will be tested for the problems that were described. If the returned item(s) is found to be defective, we will either repair or replace for a refurbished or new item(s) at no additional charge. Please be advised, if an item is tested and found to be working properly, you will be charged a $20.00 USD handling fee to cover labor and shipping fees.
* Please note, all items that have been opened, modified or altered in any way will void the return and warranty policy. They will no longer be returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances. SVT DAMAGE POLICY
We advise you to inspect the shipment upon delivery. In- transit damages or incomplete shipments must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Any damage claims, such as in-transit damage, scratches, cracked screen or any other damage to the product, must be reported to our company by emailing pictures and a description of the damages to support@svtinnovations.com, otherwise SVT cannot accept the claim.

LCD DISPLAY PIXEL POLICY
It is not uncommon for one or more sub-pixels to become fixed in an unchanged state; they may either appear as a bright sub-pixel or a dark sub-pixel. Bright or dark pixels can occur during the production of an LCD panel; this is not considered a defect. 1-2 inactive pixels is considered acceptable and within industry standard; this is an industry standard for all LCD panels.
