SVT RETURN POLICY

SVT products can be returned for refund only within 14 days after receipt. All items must be in new, non-used condition, and in the complete original packaging. Returns that are found to be eligible for refund will not be refunded for the cost(s) of shipping.  All returns should be shipped freight prepaid (you are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to our facility).

We have the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee of up to 30% if the products returned for refund show usage marks, are not in original packaging or missing parts.
When sending back an order, please be sure to include your purchasing information with the returned item(s) including your name and invoice number. We advise you to use a traceable return shipment. We are not responsible for missing shipments and in transit damages on returned items, please be sure to pack all items securely.

If a customer refuses the delivery of an order upon arrival and it is sent back to our warehouse, only 85% of the original purchase price will be refunded to the customer. If the carrier is unable to deliver the order to the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the new shipping fee(s) to have the order reshipped. All orders with a value over $200.00 are shipped with a signature required.
